Thank you very much for organising our tour of Vietnam, and I am taking the opportunity to email you whilst in the Code Hotel in Danang as the weather is too cold, wet and windy to be outside this afternoon! Unfortunately none of us can be responsible for the weather, and maybe we should feel ourselves lucky that we managed to do everything which was planned, given that January is not the best month for visiting Vietnam.
Long gave us a feedback form in Hanoi, so I expect that you have seen it. The driver was excellent in every way. The guide was kind, attentive, flexible and knowledgable and we very much enjoyed our time with him.  We explained to him, however, that if possible he really needs to improve the clarity of his English so that we can understand every word. We are very used to hearing English with many different accents, but he does not pronounce all of his consonants clearly enough for easy comprehension, especially final consonants, and sometimes we had to think very hard about what he was saying! If he can improve this he will be a useful guide to larger groups but I can imagine that at the moment there may be a few complaints. But as I say, he was very good in all other respects.
I think we have already told you how much we enjoyed the Ha Long Bay cruise and it was all very well organised, with the meals especially well presented and delicious, and the transfer to the airport seamless.
Here in Central Vietnam we have had a very successful time with our guide, who asked us to call him Tictac, and he is a very experienced person who has a wide knowledge of history and geography and gave us an excellent insight into everywhere we visited. He had some good ideas for restaurants when lunch was included and was able to suggest some small changes to the order of our itinerary (always seeking our approval first) if it seemed sensible. This meant that we sometimes finished a little early, but this is not a criticism at all and, had the weather been better, it would have great to have enjoyed the hotel facilities or locations more. We were very pleased to have been allocated this guide.

Our driver Eric Ho was lovely, good company with us, and always attentive to our needs in the car and getting in/out of it. The car itself was comfortable enough and the only criticism we have is that he is in the habit of pressing and releasing the accelerator much too often rather than allowing the car to run as smoothly as possible. If you are not a driver you may not understand, and it is nothing to do with the (quite challenging) driving conditions in this country, but it is worth mentioning as other groups may criticise the unevenness of the ride.

The schedule you suggested for us was very varied and enjoyable and, as indicated above, could only have been reconsidered for the final few days as regards timing, but we have no complaints at all in that regard.

The choice of hotels is worth a brief mention.  The location in Hanoi was perfect. Phong Nha Lake Resort was a lovely setting and location (if slightly basic room) and the restaurant was good too. At Hue Riverside we were the only guests in the whole hotel for the first night (!) and the dinner was disappointing. Although the room was nice there were lots of mosquitos and we think it would have been better to have stayed in a more central hotel in this vibrant city. On the second evening we ate in town and got a taxi back. The Aira at An Bang Beach in Hoi An was a very good choice, given how busy the main town is, and there is a variety of restaurants in the village. Here the Code Hotel also seems deserted but they have promised we can get a drink at the Sky Bar (closed this afternoon because of the wind!) and a meal in the restaurant so this is what we are about to have now...

I hope that these thoughts may be useful when planning future tours and we will gladly recommend you and your company to our friends. It has been a very enjoyable holiday in your lovely country where the people have been so warm and friendly without exception, and especially in the hotels, where they speak very good English.

During my stay in Vietnam we decide to follow the compass towards Cambodia without knowing that unfortunately Polish citizens need an additional visa to return to Vietnam ???????? total panic, finding themselves at night in Phnom Phen with the flight scheduled for the continue the journey to Hanoi.

Very good travel experience with Izitour, we were a group of 7 people and we were able to discover part of northern Vietnam (Ha noi, Sapa, Halong bay, Ninh Binh) and the center (Da Nang, Hue, Hoi year). We had 2 Vietnamese guides who spoke French.

We relied on Izitour for our trip to Vietnam and Cambodia. Hoang was great at identifying our needs and creating an itinerary that 100% met our expectations. Maximum flexibility, availability and professionalism on the part of guides and drivers. The cars for travel are always clean, new and comfortable. The drivers welcomed us with kindness and with all the necessary comforts (fresh water, hand sanitizer, etc.). The guides with a good level of English and always available. Hoang was of great help to us, as due to a mix-up with the flights (not due to Izitour) we had to change some stops in the first few days. Maximum empathy, assistance and support. Hoang was so friendly by providing us with beautiful gifts upon our arrival. An attention to detail that made the trip an unforgettable experience. Beautiful country, from the trek to Sapa, to the romantic cruise to Halong Bay, from the suggestive tour of the villages on the banks of the Mekong to the wonderful temples of Angkor Wat. Definitely to be repeated with Izitour, with Hoang and all his team!

We contacted the Izitour, looking for a last minute private day trip for 2 in Ninh Binh and a few days later Mai Chau.
Communication on WhatsApp was smooth and easy.
The guided tours went well. The tour in Ninh Binh was maybe following super touristic spots too much and it felt that we could have found those on Google.
As for Mai Chau, very good day trekking in the mountains, stopping at a local's house in the middle of the forest for a break, this is definitely a tour where having a local guide is beneficial.
Speaking of, both guides were super friendly and spoke perfect French.
I would contact Izitour again for futur trips to Vietnam.

We are a group of 12 from Singapore.
We booked Izitour based on the positive reviews on tripadvisor.
In 2019 we had corresponded with Izitour to help to plan our 8d 7nHa Giang trip. After many correspondences and changes we decided to go and paid the deposit, then the pandemic hit.
After months turned into years of waiting not knowing when we can travel again, we thought that our deposit will be lost.
Fortunately, we contacted Izitour again and they honoured our paid deposit and help us to realised our trip to Ha Giang.
The whole trip went smoothly since Day 1 when we arrived in Hanoi.
Thanks to Mr Hoang Dinh for the itinerary planning, quick response and assist us when some awful things happened during the trip. Lucky, all things turned out fine.
Thanks to our guide Mr Loi for all the guided tour, information about the tribal people ways of living and many interesting places visited that we really enjoyed our times in Vietnam.

Izitour organisation was truly flawless and very carefully done according to our wishes. We've done a nine days tour across North Vietnam, visiting Ha Noi, Ha Long Bay, Ninh Binh, Lao Cai, Bac Ha and Sapa before returning to Ha Noi.
We've been warmly welcome the first day and introduced to the team, which was very reassuring and nice. Our first guide, Dung, showed us the local life of Ha Noi and Ninh Binh. She has shown great flexibility to accommodate to our requests. She also provided the necessary background to make our experience unforgettable
In the North, we've spent three days with Thai, a very friendly and funny guide. We enjoyed the local life and all his insights in the local ethnic groups and events.

Me Van Anh Phan was our contact to prepare our trips to the North of Vietnam, to Sapa and Bac Ha. He is a person who speaks French well. She made us a first proposal that we wanted to modify. She listened to us and adapted the trip to our requests. She was also very helpful in retrieving the notebook that my daughter had left in the car and she arranged to send it to her. Finally, she refunded us the extra cost we had paid for a superior vehicle, because it was in poor condition. She is reliable, you can contact her for the organization of your excursions in Vietnam.

We contacted the Izitour agency because we needed a visa to go to Vietnam. Not only was the agency very responsive in obtaining the visas for us (very fast procedure, regular contact by telephone to inform us of the progress of the procedure) but the agency also organized the trip for us from start to finish, tailor-made taking into account the smallest details of our request. Reception at the airport, hotel reservation in several cities, organization of shuttles to get around town always with pleasant drivers, and also they offered us a magnificent, very friendly guide who gave us a very nice visit to Hanoi and Ninh Binh. All for a more than fair price.
