Trip for 7 people (August 2023): 2d/1n boat trip (Cat Ba - equivalent to Halong Bay) + 1d Ninh Binh land trip (Halong Bay land trip)
Lim our planner concocted a dream tour for us:
- she took into account all our wishes (hotels, transport, activities), which we exchanged quite a lot (all by whatsapp - with perfect French handwriting)
- several possible choices that could be modified down to the last detail
- a clear and precise quote
- top-notch travel support: she followed us down to the smallest detail with attention to detail, helping us as best she could - any questions we had were answered immediately
In short, we recommend her 100%.

We booked a 26-day private couple tour with destination Vietnam and Cambodia. From the first contacts made through email and whatsapp, Ms. Cao Thuy Duong showed great care and attention to detail in designing a tailor-made tour fully meeting our needs and expectations. Despite being a trip with a very busy and complex schedule, as we requested, we did not encounter any problems. Moreover, we knew we could count on 24/7 assistance through day-to-day contacts with our contact person. The services offered were of excellent quality in reference to our budget. Both guides and drivers showed a sincere attitude toward us characterized by politeness respect and competence. Their welcome made us feel welcome at all times. We just came back from an amazing 12 day trip to Vietnam from Ho Chi Minh City, Hoi An to Hanoi. Ou travel Consultant, Mrs Hien organized the whole trip for us, she is a very professional lady and always one whatsapp away to sort any issues if any. We did not encounter any problem, hotels were nice and she even accommodated our request for a slight change in the itinerary at the last minute. We had a wonderful and unforgettable experience thanks to Mrs Hien and her team. She even came to meet us personally at the hotel in Hanoi. We were a group of seven, who set off in a bit of a hurry, and we were lucky enough to come across Izitour!
Lim, our contact, was exceptionally available and responsive!
Thanks to her, we were able to set off on an excursion to Lan ha Bay and then to Ninh Binh, where we were taken care of (in front of the hotel on departure and arrival in Hanoi, bus, magnificent hotel...) and the activities (kayaking, cycling, visits, embroidery classes, guides on site...) were meticulously planned from start to finish ❤️
And all this only two days in advance at a very reasonable price.

I had the most exceptional experience with Ms. Hein. When I encountered an issue with my visa, she graciously came to my aid despite our unfamiliarity. Through WhatsApp, she tirelessly assisted me in resolving my visa-related concerns. We contacted IZITOUT in order to organize a 15 days Vietnam tour from south to north, Our consultant was Duong Cao (Silvia). We have come for 14 days IndoChina tour in July 2023 through Izitour Vietnam, and are really happy for the excellent arrangement, all our trip was professionally arranged and Ms, Thu Hien Nguyen has really taken care for comfortable stay and everything. Every detail of our trip worked perfectly. The numerous drivers we used throughout the trip were always on time, the hotels were very nice and our tour guide was fantastic! We enjoyed the Mekong Delta and Halong Bay. All activities planned by our travel contact, Nguyen Thu Hien, we’re done incredibly well.

Hien from Izitour arranged my trip to Halong Bay with perfection. We had a late arrival into Hanoi and we were catered a private speedboat to catch the main cruise. Many of our questions were answered nicely.
