I just finished a tour to Vietnam and Cambodia with izitour, and despite my somewhat out-of-the-box program requirements, the fact that I was on my own and with no knowledge of foreign languages, they planned and executed my expectations perfectly.

We contacted IZITOUR about a cruise to Lan Ha Bay. We were fortunate to meet Silvia, a Vietnamese lady who speaks fluent Italian, who took charge of our needs and directed us to exactly the cruise they were looking for. It was a wonderful experience with welcoming and knowledgeable staff. The services and experiences offered were above and beyond our expectations especially in terms of both cabin accommodations and the quality of meals on board. Second time in Vietnam,we visited the places we missed. Then again if you want to see this wonderful country it takes time. From north to south there are 2000km, with some internal flights(very honest prices) . On the choice of the agency there was no doubt (winning team does not change). I had been thinking of visiting this beautiful country for a long time, thanks to Silvia and Emma for their kindness and for managing to arrange a 2-week private tour in a tight time frame. They were attentive and available at all hours. The Italian-speaking guides knowledgeable and professional and no less were the drivers who safely escorted us far and wide. "Hieu" the young guide who accompanied us on the trip from Hanoi to Bac Ha and Sapa was super caring, recommended many local and street foods for us to taste, "the pancakes" exceptional, finger-licking. Not to mention the Vietnamese coffee, a pleasant surprise, it was a pampering during the whole trip. At the "Capo Cafe" coffee shop in Hanoi we tasted it in all ways, hot, cold, black, with condensed milk, with coconut and even egg coffee, a delight. I can only recommend Izitour for a peaceful trip to Vietnam. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

I am very happy to share my experience with IZITOUR as they provided an incredible trip to Hanoi. From start to finish, the tour was extremely well organized and the tour guides were extremely professional and friendly.

The tour included all the major sights and activities in Hanoi, including a walk around Hoan Kiem Lake, a tour of the temples and pagodas in the Old Quarter, and a visit to the famous Water Puppet Theater. The accommodations were also top notch and offered all the amenities one could ask for.

However, what really sets IZITOUR apart is their ability to provide authentic and local experiences. We had the opportunity to sample local foods and experience traditional crafts that would have otherwise eluded us.

All in all, the trip with IZITOUR was an unforgettable experience and I would recommend it to anyone who wants to visit Hanoi. Their professionalism and attention to detail made the trip special and one that I will always remember.

I am an online ESL teacher. I needed a break and chose this experience. Wow people,
did I have fun, laughs and more fun! Vietnamese food is great, you will not go hungry. They have a wide variety of delicious food. Ps it is always good to ask about the ingredients of the dish... That way you can decide if you would like to try it, or maybe order something else.

We loved our wonderful trip to Vietnam. Our homestays allowed us to fully immerse ourselves in local life. everything was perfect.
