We came back delighted with this week to discover the North of Vietnam. The success of this trip goes first of all to the flawless and professional organization of IZITOUR.com and particularly thanks to our Travel Advisor Van Anh, without whom our trip would probably not have taken place and to whom we can only salute his attention to his clients. Being from tunisia, i needed a visa on arrival to be able to enter Vietnam, which was a quite complicated procedure to do. I have requested the help of Izitour to obtain my visa and I was able to get in less than a week. I especially recommend the travel consultant Hein who was responsible of my case, he was very professional, proactive and happy to answer all my question. 5 days from Hanoi, that's what I asked Anna who knew perfectly how to answer my wishes. From the rice fields of Puo Long to the authentic bay of Lan Hà via Minh Binh, we hiked, cycled, rode a Sampan, slept in local homes, on the unforgettable junk... I sincerely thank Anna who, with Bich our guide, made our trip dynamic, authentic and unforgettable.

Hien at IziTour helped me get my Visa Approval Letter before travelling to Vietnam.
Given that I have a Trinidad & Tobago passport, I was quite worried about the visa process before applying. Hien was very friendly, responsive and clear throughout and my approval letter arrived within 6 working days. I could not recommend my experience more highly!

IZITOUR is a great tourist company that I have been using tourist services and products. My family has booked a private tour in Vietnam from the company during Traditional Tet Holiday (in late January 2023). 12 wonderful days of travel in Vietnam from the north, center and south. Thanks to Silvia from Izitour agency who organized our vacation in this limited time to know the most beautiful places in her country...
Visiting so many places in a short time was a bit stressful for some, who would have preferred to spend a minimum of 3 days in the same hotel in order to relax, however, there was also a great desire to know more. A challenge for all of us who were 5 people from 65 years old and up and each with his own pace and desires, but I can say that almost all the guides who accompanied us had the patience to adjust to our pace. Kudos to all the guides, except perhaps for the one from Ho Chi Minh who was not a good Cicerone.
We learned about the thousands of years old religious and architectural cultures and many things about this great country. We collected so many good memories on this busy trip, such as bahía de Halong or doing Tai chi gymnastics at sunrise with a superb view, or sailing in rowboats and passing under caves that seem to have been sculpted by an artist, the stillness of the waters in Binh Ninh and the green of the rice paddies a panacea for the mind and soul. Or even visiting two big cities like Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh getting an adrenaline rush from the fright of seeing millions of motorcycles, which looked like a swarm of wasps, climbing the sidewalk ( the government of Vietnam should put a stop to this).
Remained in my heart the city of Hoi An for its beauty especially at night with its colorful paper and cloth lamps, in the streets as on the boats. I would return to this city again and stay there for a week and not just two days. However, our trip was a scouting trip and for next time we already know where we want to stay more.
I would recommend anyone who wants to take a vacation to this agency, which welcomed us warmly and sympathetically and managed to make us achieve our wish. Everything went as planned.

Very enthusiastic and helpful staff. They offer an enormous range of tours which can be overwhelming but as foodies we opted for a half-day Hanoi foodtour and got to hit up all the street food essentials ???? Good way to spend time effectively during our travels

We were 9 people from Australia, France and VN wanted to experience the beauty of Hagiang region in 6 days. Lien and her team, from IZITOUR, were super in helping to build a custom made itinerary that allowed us to not only see the beautiful scenery that Hagiang region had to offer but also opportunities to walk, to cycle and to interact with the local people in the villages of the ethnic minority groups. The driver, Giang, the tour guide, Ngoc, provided, were experienced and exceptional. They overcame challenging and rugged terrains to take us to wonderfully beautiful areas with small villages, markets and gave us some understanding about the culture, the dressing appearance etc. of each minority group. It was an exceptional travel experience that we feel privileged to have been provided. Bravo to Lien, to her team, to the tour guide, Ngoc and the driver, Giang. Well done! We really like Trang An, a beautiful landscape of mountains, poetic rivers and fresh air. Everything happened exactly as the travel agency had advised. The trip is fun with the tour guide - Silvia Duong - she is enthusiastic and knowledgeable about history. Steamed snails, burnt rice, wow, I can't forget it.
